How often should I have my windows cleaned?Every 3 months will ensure that you don’t miss a beat and will have beautiful windows every quarter of the year. Every 6 months will keep you in the loop of an average 2 times a year cleaning.

What is included in your window cleaning service?For our exterior and interior package, we clean all window panes, clean and vacuum up every track, and wipe down every frame and screen.

Do you clean hard-to-reach windows?Yes, we are equipped to reach those “hard-to-reach” windows, if there is the small chance that the window has something obstructing it which would deny us access to clean it, you will be notified.

What kind of cleaning products do you use?We use basic eco-friendly soap which is cleaned off by a squeegee. Also our water fed pole distributes purified water from the system it’s connected to.

What if it rains after my windows are cleaned?We have a 7 day rain guarantee. If we do a cleaning and it rains in the next 7 days, all you have to do is call us and let us know which windows are dirty from the rain and we’ll clean those up, charge free.

Can you remove hard water stains and other stubborn spots?Yes we can, with the right tools we can remove those stubborn spots.

How do I schedule an appointment?You can schedule an appointment by calling us, visiting our website, or sending us an email. We will work with you to find a convenient time.

What payment methods do you accept?We accept cash, check, and electronic payments through our Square app, which can be completed by using your card tap for a contactless transaction.
